My cat loves to run and hide in it. The center hole allows one to throw a string into it and have the cat attack it. I have seen him drop toys in the hole and jump in after them. They can see your movement and will attack your hands. It is well worth the money. I purchased a straight tube for much more which he enjoyed. This is much better!!
